The Direct Consumer Sales & Marketing team is looking to fill a role as a:

Designer

We are looking for somebody who wants to work flexible part time, 2-3 days a week as a minimum, through their own company or proprietorship. The position is located at Ruoholahti, Helsinki


Job description:
You will be a core part of the Direct Consumer Sales & Marketing team, which is driving online sales of consumer products. In this position your main task is to generate awesome, innovative and engaging design executions that communicate technology benefits of the security products to consumers through different channels. You will generate great assets for web, ads, campaigns, social app messaging etc. The Designer is responsible for the overall look and feel of the creative assets and ensuring also the alignment with the company brand. In this position you will be able to do long term planning, design and creation of all online marketing materials for the Direct Business marketing activities. You will also create guidelines to the Direct Consumer Sales and Marketing team that are in line with the company brand. You will be working in close co-operation with numerous people i.e. Customer Experience team, brand managers, different Online Sales and Marketing team members, including also other designers. This position includes both long term planning and short term asset creation. The Designer reports to the Manager, Consumer Web.

Prerequisites:
- Passion for marketing and a creative, business minded and hands-on attitude
- Experience and proven results in marketing art/design work and layout skills and an eye for details
- Skills to design engaging online graphics content to support promotional campaigns and initiatives through different online channels
- Understanding of the web design concepts, user flows and responsiveness
- Understanding of UX research methodologies
- Understanding of the importance of integrated and coherent multi-channel marketing campaigns and execution
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment with multiple stakeholders and teams simultaneously
- Excellent English both written and spoken (company language is English)
- Familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Self-driven and positive minded individual and team player, comfortable with coping with tight deadlines
